CUSTOM-TAILORED CLOTHING FOR MEN & WOMEN

Every garment is made from scratch and you can style your clothing to every detail and specification that you desire.  An individual paper pattern is made to the exact style and size for each order.  We keep this pattern stored safely to ensure re-orders fit perfectly.

Bull & Bear Custom-Made Suits are cut by hand, hand basted and hand finished in the traditional Full Custom Make.  Never fused.  Suits are crafted to mould to your body and allows the garment to assume the personality of the wearer, not the reverse.  Since the suit is custom cut specifically and for you, the fit is impeccable.

Our Canvas Construction is the highest grade, employing full-canvas construction with the Floating-Chest-Piece method.  Old-world craftsmanship includes meticulous hand workmanship and attention to every detail.  Hand basted and comprised of tightly woven horsehair, covered with soft felt for a smooth fit, provides the most soft, luxurious and comfortable Suit or Jacket in the world.

Creating a coat or jacket that looks rich and crisp, yet smooth and soft on every wear, is a skill that very few tailors have.  The tailors who make the Bull & Bear Custom-Made garment are craftsmen who seek to create a masterpiece with each garment.

From the hand-work of the lapels, which can be seen on the under-lapel of the finished garment.  It elegantly flaunts luxury, the genuine touch and character of a fine hand tailord garment.

To the sleeve cuffs, which can be ordered with functional buttonholes, marked, cut, and sewn by hand.  Matching thread is used to blend beautifully into the fabric, or choose any color you prefer.  All buttonholes are hand cut and hand sewn with pure silk thread, which are stronger and look spectacular when finished.

Only the finest materials are used in the Bull & Bear Custom-Made garment.  Shoulder pads made of 100% cotton are only used.  Hand trimmed and covered with Cupro Bemberg adds softness and smoothness.  It allows the pad to conform to the wearer yet keeping shape.

Armholes are shaped by hand to ensure long wear, comfortable movement without stretching and to conform to the natural shape of the body.

Sleeves are hand basted into place and are set precisely to ensure neatness and a clean drape of the fabric.  All sleeves feature a sleeve head to ensure the armhole and sleeve flow smoothly.

The collar piece is measured, marked, cut and basted all by hand, using top quality soft canvas.  This gives the finished collar the proper shape and strength to lay flat on the neck and is comfortable to wear.

The Custom-Made Trouser can be just as much a work of art as the Jacket.  The Bull & Bear Custom-Made Trouser features a Non-Curl Waistband, Hand Top Finishing, SNUGTEX around the entire wasitband to keep shirts tucked in, Wing Pleats for extra support and comfort, the finest quality zippers and floating pockets.  The hand finishing on the pockets (Hammering) provides reinforcement so the pockets stay flat.  We also include an extgra large crotch piece with flaps for added strength and durability.

We also offer Lock Stitches, which will ensure trousers will not rip at seams when stretched.  They are overlapped for longevity and neatness, with hand finished pic-stiching along the outseam.  This is a tailoring feature that few custom tailors still offer their customers.

So, what would one expect to pay for all of these unique services?  One would think a Custom-Made Suit with these features would cost in the thousands.  Actually, the cost is remarkably affordable to all.  Our opening range is only $795 for a two piece suit, which includes Italian woven Super 110's wool.  Depending upon the cloth choice from our large selection of fabric partners, the price range varries.

You can always visit our showroom to view a sample of our fabrics and garments to determine what range would be best for you.
